The Swedish Ferry, Stena Spirit, hit a dockside crane in Gydnia, Poland this morning. (May 17 2012)
The incident occurred at around 08:45 local time and caused the large container crane to crash down injuring three dock workers.
There were no reports of injuries to the passengers and crew of the ferry.
The crane and surrounding containers were badly damaged.
We have seen this evening on the shipfinder.co website and Ship Finder apps that the ferry has now left Gydnia and is bound for her original destination of Karlskrona in Sweden.
